Our benefits package is intended to provide an
environment that is family oriented. Not Rocket Science has a variety of benefits to allow employees paid time off for relaxation,
holidays, to perform civic duties, or perhaps to care for health needs or family members. Not Rocket Science also sponsors health
and life insurance benefits and a retirment plans for employees with company contributions. We strive to reward dedicated service
and enhance professional growth and productivity in a working atmosphere that is casual (you can wear jeans). Below is a list of
some of the benefits that Not Rocket Science offers to its employees.
Vacation
Full-time employees will receive vacation with pay. The amount of available vacation time is dependant on the amount of time an employee has worked at Not Rocket Science. Employees do not have to work one full year before accruing vacation time.
Holidays
Full-time employees are entitled to company paid holidays. Not Rocket Science recognizes most national/public and religious holidays.
Sick Leave
Not Rocket Science recognizes that employees may require time off because of illness or injury for necessary treatment or to care for a sick or disabled family member. For these reasons, Not Rocket Science provides paid sick days to full-time employees.
Health Insurance
Full-time and certain part-time employees are eligible to apply to participate in a group health insurance plan. Eligible employees may apply for coverage in the group plan for themselves, their spouses and their dependant children.
Retirement Plan
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in a retirement plan with company contributions. Under the plan you are able to set aside part of your earnings for your retirement, before Federal and State income taxes are withheld.
Witness and Jury Duty
Not Rocket Science grants paid leave to any employee summoned for services as a juror. If you serve as a juror, you will receive an amount, which together with pay received for jury duty, will equal your regular rate of pay at Not Rocket Science.
