The Mobile Deputy Assistant (MDA), one of the three elements that compose the Sheriff Case Management Solution used by sheriff departments of many parishes in Louisiana, now has wireless capabilities and information can now be uploaded and synchronized to computer systems without needing the use of docking cradles or wires. Deputies and other sheriff staff now have the power to upload vital information from any place with wireless Internet capbilities immediately after gathering data.

The Sheriff Case Management Solution formed out of a request from current Orleans Parish Civil Sheriff, Paul Valteau Jr. Not Rocket Science assisted in the creation of the product, and other parishes across the state have installed partial or complete variations of the product.
